ForgetDoNot is a reminder tool that lets you schedule and share reminders between devices for caregiving and coordination. It is provided for convenience only and is not a medical device, emergency service, life-safety system, or substitute for professional medical, emergency, or caregiving services. You are solely responsible for obtaining any emergency assistance you need by contacting appropriate services directly.
ForgetDoNot is free to download with a limited number of active reminders. Additional capacity requires a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID at $1.99 per month. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and share through the Service.
All content, software, and technology in the Service are owned by Jujube Partners LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all. Alarm delivery depends on your devices, settings, network, and operating system, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jujube Partners LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any missed or delayed reminders, software defects, errors, interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jujube Partners LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, to the extent permitted by law.
